Next Job Capital is a website operated by Niche Leads LLC. This page explains the website's role in introducing business owners to Niche Leads LLC's commercial financing brokerage services.
Information you provide
The Next Job Capital homepage is an introduction to the service. Its Apply page embeds an initial Niche Leads LLC intake form hosted by LenderMatchTech. If you use it, you may provide contact, business, and financing-request information. If the initial information meets Niche Leads LLC's criteria, you may be offered a calendar appointment with a member of its team. The separate Book page embeds a LenderMatchTech scheduling calendar, where you may select a time and provide information needed for the appointment. The embedded tools' own notices should explain the specific information collected and any requested contact consent.
The Contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone, and message. The privacy request form asks for your email and request type. These forms send the information to Niche Leads LLC through Cloudflare, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. They are not financing applications.
How information is used and shared
Niche Leads LLC uses initial inquiry and appointment information to assess fit, respond to you, and arrange a conversation with its team. Niche Leads LLC does not sell these leads to lead buyers or send an initial intake submission to lenders. Service providers may process information for Niche Leads LLC to operate its forms, scheduling, communications, and systems.
If you decide to proceed after speaking with the team, you will be asked to complete Niche Leads LLC's full application. That application presents the disclosures and authorizations for any later sharing with lenders or funding partners. Niche Leads LLC shares application information with financing providers only through that later process, after the applicable authorizations are completed.
Intake, scheduling, and application tools may be hosted on other websites. Review the notice shown at each step before entering information; it should describe that step's collection and any requested authorization.
Website visits and tracking
On nextjobcapital.com pages, the Niche Capital Meta pixel sends page-view events to Meta so Niche Leads LLC can retarget site visitors with ads. Meta may set or read browser identifiers. This site's code does not pass Contact or privacy-request form contents to Meta. The pixel does not fire when Global Privacy Control is enabled or after a successful advertising opt-out request is saved in this browser. A page view before an opt-out request may already have been sent. The Apply and Book pages pass allowed campaign parameters, referring page, and existing Meta browser identifiers to their LenderMatchTech iframes; source and ncid values may be saved in first-party cookies for 90 days. You can request an advertising opt-out through the privacy request page.
